Self-care through connection,
(re)uniting you with your inner knowing
A unique approach to self-care and connection, from The Curious Witness
Splitting Light formed organically, originally conceived by Jennifer Huddleston. It is the culmination of personal and group therapeutic arts practise based on her unique approach to self care work grounded in empathy, curiosity, and relationship. It is what happens in the space where self and other meet each other authentically and intentionally - amplifying the potential of the moment.
Jennifer offers services through Splitting Light as a reflective arts facilitator, affectionately: The Curious Witness. She holds a postgraduate certificate in the application of arts in therapy and education, a certificate in counselling skills, a bachelor's degree in psychology (minors in social welfare and dance), and is certified as a mental health first aider. She has held director, instructor, and advisory board roles in charity organisations offering sports+arts programming for adolescents. She is also an established professional working in service offer management.
Jennifer is engaged in long term personal psychotherapy as well as continuing personal and professional development.
